Purchased grapes from various sources with different clones, soils and elevations helps assure that there will be quality wine from each vintage. It also contriubtes to the complexity of our wines. Wines that do not meet our standards are sold in bulk to other wineries. Cottonwood wines are aged longer than most before release. |
