Domaine Serene

Ken and Grace Evenstad founded Domaine Serene Vineyards and Winery in 1989. They purchased 42 acres of just-logged land in the middle of the Dundee Hills, with the goal of planting, growing and producing ultra-premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Domaine Serene now has over 150 acres planted to vine in Yamhill County, most of that in the Dundee Hills. Their wines have won many accolades and awards, and have bested Domaine de la Romanee Conti in blind tastings. They have been hailed as " The Chateau Lafite of Oregon" by Anthony Dias Blue, The Best Oregon Pinot Noir by the Wall St Journal, and an outstanding Oregon producer by Robert Parker. Domaine Serene welcomes visitors to drop in to their tasting room (please make an appointment if you have a group larger than 8), or to call ahead and reserve a private tasting or winery tour.
