|  Thistle wines are made in very limited quantities and future production will be kept intentionally small to allow us to dedicate our time and attention to growing grapes and making wine. Our grapes are grown using organic methods and minimally handled in the cellar to capture the essence of the vineyard in our wines. While our winery building is under construction, we are sharing space at Kramer Vineyards in Gaston to produce and age our wines. Thistle wines are available at select local wine shops and directly from us.
